Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Production Supervision: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to meet quality, quantity, and delivery targets Assign tasks to machine operators and production workers, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Monitor machine and manpower efficiency, reporting daily production and downtime Ensure all production processes are followed as per quality and safety standards Conduct shift meetings, maintain discipline, and resolve basic team issues Mould Changing Tool Setting: Perform mold changes on injection molding machines or die-casting equipment as per schedule Ensure proper installation, alignment, and setup of molds and related peripherals Conduct pre- and post-changeover checks to ensure safe and smooth startup Troubleshoot molding issues (e.g., flash, short shots, cycle time issues) and ensure minimal downtime Work closely with maintenance and quality teams to optimize tool performance
