Job Description

Production Engineer A Production Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective production while maintaining product quality and safety standards. This role involves working closely with design teams, quality control, and floor staff to optimize productivity and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and improve production systems and workflow. Ensure timely and cost-effective production with minimal downtime. Develop process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste. Collaborate with R&D, maintenance, and quality departments. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and recommend technical solutions. Maintain documentation and compliance with safety regulations. Analyze production data to identify trends and performance gaps. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Proficiency in CAD software and production planning tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering. 3 years+ of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
