Job title: Production Supervisor Job type: Full Time | Day shift (9am - 6pm) Age: 22 - 48 yrs Gender: Male/Female Locations - Indore (Dewas Naka, Mangliya, Kshipra, Dakachiya) Reporting To - Plant Head We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of various production departments in manufacturing units in Indore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role (preferably within the FMCG industry), a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage shop-floor activities efficiently. Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure timely and quality output Monitor daily production schedules and ensure adherence to targets Manage workforce on the shop floor, ensuring discipline and safety compliance Maintain proper documentation and records of production, wastage, and downtime Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and machinery Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any issues in the production process Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth production flow Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Prepare and share daily and monthly production reports with senior management Required Qualification & Experience: Graduate (preferably in Science, Engineering, or related field) 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in an manufacturing setup Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Incharge in previous organization(s) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity, and shop-floor control Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, etc is preferred.
