Production Support Lead

Job Description

-Within the Information Systems Division of Safran Aircraft Engines, you will be joining the Application Production Division. In an innovative and dynamic environment, as a squad leader, your main mission will be to ensure and coordinate application operation activities and support application projects. You will be hierarchically linked to the Head of the Application Production Service and will be the primary contact for IT clients (Project Manager, Architect, Application Manager) for operational matters in the application production domain. Role & responsibilities - Manage and supervise all operations and production resources in their field, ensuring the expected quality of service as required by management - Functionally supervise operations engineers in an international context - Ensure the required level of security in accordance with the expectations of the Information Systems Security - Verify the application of standards and best practices in Production - Monitor workload and resource availability - Analyze and propose solutions for continuous improvement of the productivity in their field - Regularly support and report to clients (achievements, risks, areas for improvement, dashboards & KPIs, capacity, resource planning, upcoming changes, etc.) - Report to internal management for overall consolidation of application operation performance indicators Interested candidate share thier profile on jyoti.mehra@safrangroup.com with CTC & Notice period details.
