Production Support - Linux & Windows-based Environment

Work Location - Permanent REMOTE Shift basis - 5 days a week, but the Weekend will be rotational as per the Shift Roster. 1st Shift - 5.30 pm to 2.30 am IST. 2nd Shift - 9.30 pm to 6.30 am IST Department - Production Support. No. of Positions - 2 Domain -Banking - Investment Banking. Client - From Canada. The Job Description is as follows Must have adequate knowledge of all the ITIL processes Strong technical knowledge of supporting Linux and Windows-based server environments. Must be willing to work in shifts and weekends, as this is 12x7 support. Must have experience working in an onsite-offshore model and shift handover process, etc. Must have prior production support experience and work in shifts. Must have experience in using BMC Remedy/ServiceNow. Must have experience in leading a Prod deployment call with various stakeholders and providing timely updates. Must have good job monitoring (Autosys) Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision Good knowledge of writing SQL queries Good knowledge of Linux commands.
