Job Title : Production Trainee Employement Type : NAPS (Third Party Payroll) Location : Pune (Urse Plant) Shift : Rotational Shifts (For Male Candidates) Qualification : BSc, MSc, Diploma, or BTech in Chemical Engineering/Related Field Job Overview : We are looking for fresh and motivated Production Trainees to support production activities at our Preform Silica Manufacturing Plant . As a trainee, youll gain hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing and assist in the operation and monitoring of production processes. Key Responsibilities : Assist with daily production tasks and operations. Monitor equipment, materials, and quality parameters. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Participate in shift work and follow SOPs. Requirements : Freshers with a BSc, MSc, Diploma, or BTech in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Basic understanding of chemical processes is a plus. Note - Only BSc, MSc, Diploma, or BTech in Chemical Domain can apply for this role. Freshers can apply.
