Job Overview : The Productivity Manager is a critical business-oriented position that will work to drive productivity within timelines. This role focuses on providing new hires (Dealers & RMs) with targeted coaching and mentoring, managerial support, and other operational support to ensure new hires reach expected productivity and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with new hires (Dealers & RMs) to set clear goals for achieving 1x productivity within the first 6 months Conduct regular check-ins with managers to assess new hires' progress, ensure joint meetings with new hires. Track and monitor individual new hire progress through regular check-ins, performance metrics, and feedback loops. Ensure new hires understand the business-specific objectives and KRA Coordinate with Regional HR to ensure that new hires are mapped to clients and have sufficient exposure to business environments to enhance their client-facing skills. Maximize efforts to retain new hire with the support of RD/RHR/reporting manager. Prepare and send weekly reports to RD, monthly/quarterly to CEO & Vice Chairman on new hire’s performance updates & progress Offer ongoing mentorship and guidance to new hires, helping them navigate the company culture and adapt to work expectations. Work with employees, in collaboration to HR & reporting manager, to develop tailored performance improvement plans (IDPs) focusing on the skills, competencies, and knowledge areas that require enhancement.
