Lead undergraduate teaching in the discipline concerned, ensuring academic rigor and student engagement. Design and implement innovative curriculum and teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes. Provide leadership in academic and administrative functions, including department activities, curriculum development, and policy implementation. Mentor junior faculty members and foster a supportive and collegial work environment. Engage with the veterinary and agricultural community to address industry challenges and promote community outreach. Required Qualifications Educational Background : BVScAH degree with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade. Doctorate : PhD degree in the relevant veterinary discipline. Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Associate Professor in a recognized institution. Age Criteria : Superannuated professors up to the age of 70 years in the relevant discipline are also encouraged to apply. Desired Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students and colleagues. Proven track record in research publications.
