Job Title : Program Associate - Outreach Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai Position type: full-time About Damani Education Foundation: A foundation engaged in philanthropic activities in the areas of education, health, and women's empowerment is looking to expand its team. The foundation runs a school offering free CBSE secondary education for underprivilege student of Maharashtra. The foundation invites interested and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Program Associate (based in Mumbai) for it's school project. Job Summary: The Program Associate - outreach plays a crucial role in the outreach and creating awareness of the foundation's educational program. This position is responsible for conducting research, planning outreach activities, connecting with government officials, (travelling, connecting, and meeting beneficiaries & contact persons all over Maharashtra), and providing logistical support to ensure the efficient execution of the foundation's philanthropic initiative. Qualifications and Skills: -Bachelor's/masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, social sciences, development studies). - Well conversant in Marathi, Hindi, and English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mastery in Excel - Strong research and analytical abilities. - Prior experience in the education sector in Maharashtra is preferred. - Experience working in a non-profit organization or philanthropic foundation is an advantage. - Male candidate is preferred .
