Job Description

-Answer incoming calls and respond to Trainers emails -Management and resolve customer & Trainers complaints -Plan and schedule batches & production runs -Identify and Resolve issues of existing candidates -Oversee batch quality control Required Candidate profile -Strong verbal and written English communication -Ability to efficiently manage schedule batched and coordinate -Comfortable with Rotational Week Off -Familiarity with relevant tools (zoom, portals) Perks and benefits Timing: 12PM-8:30pm
