The Program Coordinator \u2013 SEL Programs is akey contributor towards program design, development & delivery of SEL,Values & Character Education Programs at Val-Ed Initiatives. The job involves deep-rooted interaction.With clients to understand needs, developing curriculum & deliverymechanism, training educators, overseeing implementation & assessingimpact. Duties and responsibilities Speaking with School principals, coordinators and teachers to understandingneeds ofclients , briefing & coordinating with content & operations team toensure development of relevant & customized curriculum, lesson plans,events, training etc Creation & maintenance of SchoolProfiles, Educator Class Schedules, Class Trackers, Project Reports, EducatorClass Journals, Attendance Logs. Maintenance of program learning modules, props & any othermaterial related to class provided by Val-Ed &school authorities Values Based Events \u2013 Contribute toplanning, organizing and follow up of Val-Ed events in schools etc Oversee administering of credible assessments to understand program impact Educator Training \u2013 Contributing in theOrientation, Training, Mentoring & Monitoring of Educators Teacher & Parenting Training \u2013 Ensuringrequisite Teacher & Parenting Training programs at client schools (Bothonline & offline) Discuss, review & document program progress with concerned educators, content team, program manager &school authorities as per prescribed timelines & format Deliver Saksham Values Programs independently as an Educator wherever feasible Regular interaction with Students,Educators & School Management Qualification Criteria Post Graduate with a degreefrom recognized state/central/private university is preferred Prior experience in teaching,training, facilitating or counseling both children & adults in educationalinstitutions Must have experience of workingon projects in Values Education/Social Emotional Learning / CharacterEducation / Psychology / Counseling High level of written &spoken proficiency in English & speaking proficiency in Kannada/Hindi Willingness to travel withincity to client locations Proficiency of working withbasic business software
