Role Description: We are looking for a driven and collaborative individual to join our Newton School of Technology team as a Program Growth Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in propelling our companys expansion efforts by executing growth strategies, analyzing data, and fostering cross-functional teamwork. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about driving business success, skilled in optimizing processes, and excited to contribute to our dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of growth strategies in alignment with company objectives, collaborating closely with product and marketing teams. Work alongside cross-functional teams, including leaders of different business functions, to ensure cohesion and backing for program enhancements and growth initiatives. Implement efficient processes and protocols to advance organizational objectives, promoting a culture of innovation and effectiveness within the team. Contribute to crafting and executing marketing strategies, balancing strategic branding efforts with lead generation, and nurturing activities to meet growth objectives. Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making, assess marketing performance, and foster a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to optimize growth. Be responsible for the interview process and act as the owner of the NSAT Exam process. Own the end-to-end interview process for NSAT exams, including scheduling, coordination, and execution across multiple stages, ensuring a smooth and streamlined experience for all candidates. What will you be working on? Evaluate, ideate, and identify key growth levers for 10x growth of the business Own key strategic initiatives for the company and work with cross-functional teams to drive the key initiatives identified and deliver business growth Be a master of data - Derive data-driven insights, hits, and misses for the business.
