Program Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects. This role focuses on ensuring projects run smoothly by coordinating teams, managing schedules, and following up on tasks to meet deadlines and budget requirements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Projects: Manage daily activities and ensure tasks align with project schedules. Follow-Up: Track progress, follow up on action items, and resolve any delays or issues. Team Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, Site teams and consultants. Schedule & Resource Management: Ensure resources are available when needed to keep projects on track. Report Progress: Keep accurate documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Problem Solving: Quickly address issues and find solutions to avoid delays. Key Skills: Strong coordination and follow-up abilities. Strong coordination and meeting management skills. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to solve problems and keep projects on track. Familiarity with construction processes. Preferred male candidate only.
