Job Overview - We (AIQoD (Formerly GIBOTS)) are looking for a Program Manager (Project Manager) to assist in managing multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery. The ideal candidate will help drive execution from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Trainee Program Manager (Project Manager) should have a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills. Job Description - Assist in planning and overseeing multiple projects under a program to ensure successful execution. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure project interdependencies are well-managed. Support in resource allocation, tracking utilization, and forecasting needs across projects. Monitor program progress, identify risks, and work with project managers to resolve roadblocks. Facilitate program-level reporting and governance, generating key metrics and insights for stakeholders. Drive effective communication between project teams, leadership, and external stakeholders. Organize and lead program status meetings, ensuring alignment between all involved teams. Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices in program execution. Assist in stakeholder management, ensuring expectations and priorities are clearly defined. Facilitate kick-off meetings and track reported defects. Generate project metrics using pivots in Excel/Google Sheets. Develop project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Determine resource needs and raise it as and when required. Organizing, monitoring defect management processes. Interaction with client-side teams to solve problems and update the situation. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelor's or Master's degree in MBA (IT/Project Management), Computer Science, BE/B.Tech, or related field. 0 to 1 year of experience in project/program management or a similar role preferred. Experience in leading/managing a team preferred. Experience in interacting, coordinating, and communicating with clients is preferred. Good understanding of Project Management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Basic knowledge of SDLC, software development processes, and program governance. Exposure to project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.). Good analytical skills, ability to generate insights using Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines. Good knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and different testing methodologies. Basic knowledge of SQL and automation tools like Selenium WebDriver (a plus but not mandatory).
