Job Description: Program Manager Location: Delhi, India Experience: 2-5 years in a high-growth environment, with at least 1 year in Program Management Education: Engineering graduates from premier institutes like IIT, NIT preferred Job Overview As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and executing cross-functional initiatives, managing key projects, and ensuring alignment across various teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of strategic programs, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Execution: Lead, plan, and manage multiple cross-functional programs from initiation to completion. Ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders. Communicate progress, risks, and successes regularly with senior leadership, engineering, product, and other teams. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving existing processes, and implement best practices for program management to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure programs stay on track. Ensure all teams are aligned on program priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, product, and business teams to ensure seamless program delivery. Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve roadblocks. Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and report key metrics to evaluate program success. Use data insights to drive continuous improvements and inform decision-making. Leadership & Mentoring: Provide leadership in driving project teams, helping them to perform at their best and ensuring collaboration across teams. Mentor junior team members on program management best practices. Required Qualifications Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up or similar environment. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in program management, managing cross-functional projects from conception to delivery. Education: Engineering degree from a premier institution (IIT, NIT, or equivalent) is preferred. A strong technical background with the ability to understand and manage engineering and operational teams is a must. Skills & Expertise: Strong project management skills, with experience in agile and waterfall methodologies. Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders. Analytical mindset, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools. Desired Attributes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy.
