Job Description

Experience : 6 to 8 years Location : Chennai Responsibilities : Lead the planning and execution of automotive programs from concept to launch, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets Develop and maintain project dashboards to track progress against project timelines Identify and manage risks and issues that arise during project execution, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery of projects Establish and maintain effective communication channels with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment on project objectives and timely resolution of issues Coordinate cross-functional team meetings to ensure effective collaboration, information sharing, and decision making Manage project budget and resources, including tracking expenses, coordinating with purchasing, and managing project staff Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulations, and coordinate with quality team to manage and resolve any quality issues Contribute to the development and improvement of program management processes, tools, and methodologies Work with senior management to provide regular project status updates and make recommendations for improving project outcomes Desired Profile : Effective cross functional leadership Strong in communication and coordination Skilled in customer handling Good presentation skills
