We are seeking a passionate Program Success Manager to lead the integration of Ulipsu s innovative learning platform into K-10 schools. The role involves traveling to schools, observing classroom practices, training educators, and ensuring smooth academic operations. Key Responsibilities Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Ulipsu in schools. Observe classrooms and provide actionable feedback to teachers and administrators. Align Ulipsu with schools educational goals in collaboration with leaders. Teacher Training & Support: Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and resources for educators. Offer ongoing support through one-on-one coaching and classroom demonstrations. Academic Operations & Coordination: Streamline operations to ensure effective program adoption. Monitor progress using data and provide insights for improvement. Coordinate with Ulipsu s internal teams to resolve challenges. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with teachers, school leaders, and parents. Organize workshops, webinars, and showcase events to highlight student progress. Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent. Experience: 2-4 years in K-10 or international schools, with expertise in EdTech. Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and a passion for education. Willingness to travel to schools in Davanagere, Haveri, Shivamogga, Bagalkote , and other regions for support. Benefits Competitive reimbursement package.
