Role: Program manager Experience: 10+ Years Location: Pune (Hybrid) Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only) Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive program management plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle. - Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders. - Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes. - Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimize program delivery. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track program effectiveness and impact. - Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence within the program management team. Skillset Required / Mandatory - Strong knowledge of Program and Project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership influencing skills. - Proficiency in Program/Project management software All rights reserved. Qualifications - MBA from top B school preferred - Bachelordegree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering). - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a program manager or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment. - Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities. - Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus. - Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
