Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop progressive press tools for sheet metal components. Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD, Siemens NX, or VISI . Optimize die designs for efficiency, durability, and ease of manufacturing . Conduct feasibility analysis and suggest improvements in tooling concepts. Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth tool development and troubleshooting. Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis to reduce production costs and improve tool life. Collaborate with quality control teams to meet industry standards and tolerances . Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in Progressive Press Tool Design, Die Design, Sheet Metal Design, Stamping, or related fields. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization). Proficiency in Unigraphics NX software, Autocad or Visi ; knowledge of other CAD/CAM systems an added advantage.
