Position- Project Architect Experience-3-7 years Job Location- Lucknow Good to have skills Technical knowledge, communication skills, technical drawings, leadership skills Role and responsibilities Overseeing every element of the design and construction process from site preparation to building completion along with building compliances and authority submissions. Knowledge of group housing, commercial and warehousing projects bye-laws Styling new and existing properties and well versed in latest building faade and its material specifications and excellent presentable skills. Ensuring & inspecting project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards. Quality & design checks, control, preparation of BOQs & estimates. Project planning, coordination, men and material line up, material procurement Well equipped with using softwares like AutoCad, Coral Draw, abode, photoshop, 3Ds etc Desired candidate profile Explain design & tie up with production and dispatch department and control manufacturing orders to meet timelines. Plan , indent, release orders for materials, Group housing project, Warehousing and commercial RERA knowledge Site execution experience.
