Job Title: Project Architect Location: Chennai Experience Required: 5 to 12 Years Salary Upto 8LPA Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Architect to lead and execute high-end residential and commercial interior projects in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site execution, architectural drawing interpretation, and interior project coordination. This role demands hands-on involvement in managing multiple projects from conception to completion while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee on-site execution of interior design projects, ensuring alignment with architectural plans and specifications. Take accurate site measurements and prepare project documentation. Collaborate with architects, designers, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and interpret detailed interior layouts using AutoCAD and Google SketchUp. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely material supply and task completion. Conduct site inspections and quality checks regularly. Resolve on-site issues efficiently and provide practical solutions. Key Requirements: 5–12 years of experience in interior project management and site execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and other relevant design and drafting tools. Strong understanding of architectural drawings and interior detailing. Proven experience in managing both residential and commercial interior projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
