Hi all, We are hiring for the role Project Co-ordinator Experience: 6 - 10 Years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days Skills: Mandatory Skills: Infrastructure Project Management, Office365, Active Directory, Digital Workplace Technologies Key Responsibilities: Project Management/Coordination: Support organizing and tracking project activities for IT infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth progress and timely completion of all tasks. Microsoft Teams Voice Deployment: Work with different internal stakeholders and vendors for the deployment of Microsoft Teams voice solutions. Ensure that project milestones are met and that issues are addressed as required. Active Directory (AD) Enhancement Projects: Support AD enhancement initiatives, including directory restructuring, security enhancements, and automation. Ensure alignment of project activities with best practices for identity and access management. AD User and OU Management: Assist in coordinating tasks related to AD user management and organizational unit (OU) structure improvements, ensuring changes are implemented in accordance with security policies. Office 365 (O365) Migrations: Help plan and manage Office 365 migration projects, including email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams migrations, with an emphasis on minimizing user disruption and maintaining productivity. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. Schedule and lead meetings, track actions, and ensure key deliverables are communicated across teams. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as meeting minutes, action logs, timelines, and status reports. Track project performance and report progress to management and stakeholders. Risk and Issue Tracking: Assist in identifying risks, issues, and dependencies in the projects. Maintain and update risk and issue logs, ensuring mitigation strategies are implemented or issues are escalated as needed.
