Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Project Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in project management and delivery, preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business consulting, transformation delivery, and people advisory services. ### Roles and Responsibility Independently lead tracks and manage client-facing junior team members in designing, developing, and implementing solutions. Manage project planning, budgeting, and deliverable content development. Contribute to people development by coaching, providing input, and guiding team members. Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure team members have necessary tools, and provide timely feedback. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives, tracking progress and reviewing tasks to meet deadlines. Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals. ### Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and delivery, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong documentation and report writing skills are required. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, adaptable and creative in approach. A B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA is preferred.
