Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage project schedules, resources, and equipment to ensure smooth execution.Optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.Foster and maintain strong client relationships.Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle.Support and report directly to the Head of Projects.Assign tasks to team members based on project requirements.Identify and communicate project risks and opportunities.Ensure timely delivery by effectively managing schedules.Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.Provide necessary administrative support for project-related activities.Coordinate project team meetings and maintain meeting records.Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.Break down projects into actionable tasks with clear deadlines.Track project progress and proactively address any challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong risk management and risk mitigation capabilities.Experience in project coordination and client communication.Proficiency in using project management tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.Ability to empathize with team members and clients, ensuring smooth collaboration.Expertise in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, reports, and plans.Excellent communication skills.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.Ability to manage multiple projects. Added Advantages:Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).Hands-on experience with JIRA and Zoho Projects.
