Role & responsibilities Project Onboarding & Documentation Set up and manage project documentation in Confluence , ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders. Coordinate onboarding processes for new projects, ensuring all team members have the necessary tools and information. Maintain structured workflows for tracking tasks, milestones, and deliverables. Time & Resource Management Use Hubstaff for tracking work hours, activity, and productivity across teams. Verify timesheets with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Monitor and optimize resource allocation to avoid bottlenecks and improve efficiency. Project Tracking & Coordination Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups , sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. Track project progress, flag potential delays, and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines. Ensure project roadmaps, deadlines, and milestones are clearly defined and communicated. Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies. Communication & Reporting Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and action plans. Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and conflict resolution. Prepare and share reports on project performance, timelines, and key metrics. Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee project onboarding, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage project documentation in Confluence , track time and productivity using Hubstaff , verify timesheets, facilitate stand-ups, and ensure project deadlines are met.
