Project coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their objectives and identifying opportunities for value-added services. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client's needs and exceed their expectations. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business cases to clients, articulating the value proposition of our services. Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with company policies. Monitor client satisfaction, address any issues or concerns proactively, and provide strategic guidance to help clients achieve their business goals.
