Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Female) to join our growing team in Gurugram . This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll act as the critical link between clients, internal teams, and creative departments—ensuring smooth execution and delivery of marketing projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal teams (designers, marketers, strategists) to ensure timely project execution. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and manage expectations. Oversee and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent content quality and scheduling. Supervise and guide the feed design and visual aesthetics of client social media platforms. Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports. Act as a liaison for creative and technical teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Requirements: Female candidates only, as per the role requirement. Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency. Strong knowledge of social media management and platform best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Ability to manage and guide social media feed design with attention to visual branding. Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
