Only Male candidates are preferred ****** Job Title : Project Coordinator Job Summary : The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring. They work closely with the project manager and team members to ensure the project's goals, deadlines, and budget are met. The coordinator plays a key role in facilitating communication among the team, managing documentation, and tracking project progress. Key Responsibilities : Project Support : Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects in line with deadlines and project goals. Scheduling & Time Management : Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and milestones, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. Resource Management : Assist in allocating resources (team members, materials, etc.) and ensure availability for project tasks. Documentation Management : Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination : Serve as a liaison between the project manager, team, and external stakeholders. Communicate project status updates and ensure all parties are informed. Tracking & Reporting : Track project progress and report on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables. Problem-Solving : Identify potential issues and bottlenecks in project execution, and suggest solutions to keep projects on track. Budget Support : Help monitor project budgets by tracking costs and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints. Quality Control : Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project goals. Risk Management : Help identify potential risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies. Meeting Coordination : Organize and facilitate meetings with team members and stakeholders, ensuring that action items and follow-ups are documented and tracked. Key Skills Needed : Proficiency in Excel : Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools for efficient reporting and data management. Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively coordinate with clients, branches, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and Service team members, ensuring clear understanding and collaboration. Proactive and Prompt Approach : Ability to act quickly and take initiative in managing tasks, addressing challenges, and ensuring that workflows are not disrupted. Demonstrating promptness and foresight in managing projects to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Qualifications : Bachelors degree , Project Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role (preferred). Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools. .
