Job Title : Project Coordinator Location : Remote Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our software development team. This individual will be responsible for managing task creation, assignment, tracking, and follow-up through our project management tool (Zoho Projects). The ideal candidate will ensure daily visibility into the teams activities, highlight roadblocks, and ensure operational consistency. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with project leads to break down tasks and enter them into Zoho Projects Assign tasks to team members and monitor time logs and progress Follow up daily with team members to ensure tasks are updated Prepare brief daily and weekly status summaries Flag delays or issues proactively to management Maintain internal documentation related to tasks and timelines Support sprint planning and retrospectives Promote task hygiene and adherence to processes Requirements : 2+ years experience in a coordination, operations, or admin role in a tech or startup environment Familiarity with Zoho Projects or similar tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana) Strong communication skills, especially with technical teams Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with remote or distributed teams Nice to Have : Background in software development or understanding of tech terminology Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Certifications like ZOHO PROJECTS or Scrum Master (optional) Soft Skills : A strong sense of ownership and follow-through Problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent at pushing people without annoying them
