Job Title : Project Manager / Project Coordinator Location: Patna Job Type: Contract 2 Years Experience Level: Mid-Level/Senior Level Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager/ Project Coordinator to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion in Patna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and Handing over the Patna project within the defined scope, timeline,while ensuring quality and stakeholders satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, Schedule, and resource allocation. • • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and quality. Team Coordination & Communication Management. • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams ( Contractors, Consultants & Architects) ensuring effective collaboration. • • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress to ensure accountability. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, and the Team. • • Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders. Conduct project review meetings to monitor performance and resolve issues. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineer 8 Years / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10 Years Experience. A Masters degree is a plus. • Experience: 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in Civil Engineering. • Certifications: PMP, MS Projects or equivalent is a plus. ( Optional) • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools ( MS Project,). • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hindi / English ( Must) • Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
