Role & responsibilities Interface with Customers / clients and develop a clear understanding of Customer demand plan across time horizons and enable strategic material planning. Work seamlessly with clients on project updates and drive project deliverables. Act as the SPOC for clients and effectively collaborate with buying team to meet customer deliverables. Proactively address potential challenges in supply chain and arrive to a solution. Mitigate supply chain risks & communicate the action plan to internal/external customers. Manage and plan all relevant MIS and reviews ( Kick off, Material status, Risks mitigation, OTD levels, Inventory, Cost) Prepare delivery failure analysis, plan Vs Actuals reporting along with action plan to improve. Process Clean to Build for production readiness on material visibility. Handle regulatory compliance relevant to the project Work on tracking Cost fluctuations, prepare cost reports for approvals from stake holders. Monitor & control excess Inventories & excess ordering with supply chain team. Audit documentation to be prepared and monitor the process movement and its follow ups. Work with internal teams on Customer & Statutory regulations audits Skills required Strong process knowledge in supply chain & Industry trends. SAP knowledge is must in MM module. Good understanding on distributor ship management. Data Interpretation and presentation skills Experience in handling US/EU clients will be added advantage. Project management skills Should be an effective communicator with strong Interpersonal skills.
