Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role is integral to ensuring clear communication, effective problem-solving, and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning Coordination: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules. Coordinate resources and tasks across multiple teams. Facilitate clear communication among project team members, clients, and stakeholders. Monitoring Reporting: Track project progress and proactively identify issues or risks. Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and senior management. Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to project scope. Documentation Management: Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and approvals. Ensure all necessary project approvals and sign-offs are obtained as required. Team Support: Facilitate regular meetings and communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients. Address team members queries and provide clear direction on project-related concerns. Problem-Solving Risk Management: Identify potential risks and assist in the creation of mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot project issues and escalate when necessary to maintain project flow. Quality Control Compliance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet organizational and quality standards. Support compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Content Management: Oversee and validate content for the website, including product listings, descriptions, images, and specifications. Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and consistent across all formats (text, images, videos). Verify content compliance with SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and legal/regulatory requirements. Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira). Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Excel Preferred Qualifications: Additional 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles is a plus. Working Conditions: Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
