We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator (Female Candidates Preferred) Company: Universal Cargo & Equipments Location: Bompass Town, Opposite Dadi mandir,Chandra Sangita complex Room no.201, Deoghar, 814114 Jharkhand. Start Date: 15th November 2024 (or earliest availability) Position Details: Job Title: Project Coordinator Base Salary: ₹23,000 per month (Fixed) Performance Incentive: 1.2% of profit from any new project successfully brought in Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Candidate Preference: Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Preference will be given to applicants who are confident in client interaction and documentation handling Qualifications Required: Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA/B.Com/B.A./B.Sc. preferred) Certification in project management is an added advantage Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required Freshers are not eligible Language Proficiency: Required: Hindi – Fluent (Speaking & Writing) English – Basic to Intermediate (Reading, Writing & Speaking) Optional: Regional language knowledge is a plus Roles & Responsibilities: Client Development Meet and onboard new clients or projects Conduct physical meetings with both existing and prospective clients Project Planning Assist in setting project timelines, schedules, and goals Communication & Coordination Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients Coordinate updates and field visits Documentation Maintain detailed records, reports, and monitor project progress Project Closeout Ensure proper documentation and final reporting after project completion Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication Organized and self-driven MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Email) Capable of handling meetings and follow-ups Time management and multitasking How to Apply: Send your resume to: [Insert Email] Contact: [Insert Phone Number] Join Universal Cargo & Equipments – where your coordination drives success!
