As a Project Manager , you will oversee the creative workflow of various marketing projects, ensuring smooth execution from ideation to completion. You will act as the central connection between the internal design team and clients , ensuring alignment on campaign deliverables, processes, and best practices. Key Responsibilities Establish and communicate project milestones, tasks, and deadlines . Build and maintain strong client relationships , acting as a trusted partner. Develop timelines and schedules in a project management system, ensuring consistent status updates. Coordinate and schedule resources, including internal team members, freelancers, and vendors . Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards . Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and resolve concerns . Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including creative, design, development, and analytics , to ensure seamless execution. Proofread and review all deliverables to ensure accuracy and completion. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
