We are looking for an Engagement Manager to oversee new customer implementations at Performio. A successful EM will keep our implementation pipeline running smoothly: setting project plans and monitoring the execution of those plans, in cooperation with the larger PS team, to ensure that our new customers go live on-time and on-budget. We believe that great EMs play a key role in driving new customer engagement and satisfaction. What will you be doing: Manage 8-10 customer implementations simultaneously (most projects ranging from 2-9 months in duration): you will set plans, allocate resources, track performance, and take the steps necessary to ensure our customers go live on-time and are highly satisfied with the implementation team and project. Use strong project management and communication skills to identify risks and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external). Take a proactive approach to mitigating and/or resolving risks to your projects - you re unafraid to have frank conversations when you see a barrier to a successful outcome Engage with customers to build strong relationships, acting as a constructive problem solver and advocate for their implementation. Continuously improve and optimize our implementation and project management processes. Provide status reports and updates to customer stakeholders and Performio management on an ongoing basis. What we re looking for: Self-directed, proactive, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy Ability to lead project teams and manage cross-functional teams comprised of resources from throughout our organization Ability to communicate with all levels of management and team members Ability to concurrently manage 8-10 active projects of varying sizes Professionalism appropriate for working with Fortune 500 clients Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies Ability to develop and track progress against project plans, scope, timelines, and changing priorities Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment Ability to lead and work with both business and technical resources across various functional areas Experience managing the entire project lifecycle, preferably for ICM / SPM solutions Ability to provide regular reporting on project controls with limited guidance Understand the importance of customer engagement and satisfaction Comfortable managing customer expectations and clearly defining project deliverables Exceptional critical thinking skills, including system, process, and business analysis Comprehensive thinker for issue analysis and resolution Qualification & Other Requirements Engineering graduate in Computer Science or equivalent technical education 8+ Years of relevant professional experience with 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, startup experience a plus Ability to quickly learn enterprise Go-to-Market sales motions Highly skilled in Microsoft + Gsuite productivity tools PMP certification is a plus Familiarity with Project Management tools like MS Project, Rocketlane is a plus
