Responsibilities include overseeing the installation and commissioning of chemical process equipment, ensuring safety compliance, conducting pre- commissioning checks, and providing technical support. Roles Responsibility : • Prepare PIPING and Instrumentation Diagram on AutoCAD. • Review of GA drawings, 3D/2D layout, Piping routing • Prepare Bought-Out Datasheets, RFQs, and co-ordinate with vendors for procurement. • Responsibility of preparing & submitting the project schedule (Bar Chart) as per Deliverables to Client and update actuals on weekly basis. • Have to co-ordinate client regarding P&ID, GA, layout approvals. • Time to time arrange the internal review meeting regarding the project progress and other approvals with the whole team. • Keeping the daily updates of the current job status and sending it to the client on weekly/daily report format. • Testing: Have to conduct internal and final factory acceptance tests. (FAT) • Prepare DQ/OQ/IQ, Operational Manual & Control Philosophy. • Auto Cad is Must • Knowledge of MS Office (Specially MS Excel) • Process Calculations Skills & Experience • Detailed calculations related to process equipment sizing & selection Preparation of process operation sequence logic and interlocks systems for chemical plant. • Heat and Mass Transfer Calculations. • Preparation of specification datasheets of chemical process equipment, utility systems & ETP systems. • Co- ordinate with project execution team on project planning, communication & support. • Testing: Have to conduct internal and final factory acceptance tests. (FAT) • Willing to go on site for commissioning activities (Location: PAN India) • Communicate commissioning issues, queries and concerns through proper channels in a timely manner.
