Job Opening for " Mechanical Maintenance Project Engineer ". Education - B.E mechanical / M.E mechanical Experience - 3 to 5 years in Project JD - 1. Daily verification of utilities 2. Monitoring preventive maintenance of plant equipment and utility equipment’s as per schedule and timely manner. 3. HVAC validation, Air, nitrogen validation as per schedule or whenever required. 4. Control breakdown maintenance of equipment’s and complete in minimum downtime. 5. Maintenance of the AHU system, air-conditioning system. 6. To face the IPQA, IQA, customer, FDA, ISO, WHO audits and ensure to present document in time. 7. Prepare and track schedule of equipment, building maintenance, storage tank cleaning, pressure vessel testing, shell thickness test. 8. To handle the QMS documents like planned and unplanned deviations change control, CAPA, OOS & OOT investigation. 9. Qualification of plant equipments, utility systems like URS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, RQ. 10. Preparation of Standard operating procedure as per tracking or as per requirement to in line with cGMP. 11. Execution of new projects.
