Requirements Experience in working and executing projects in control systems, process automation and/or experience of supporting FAT, SAT, and the ability to troubleshoot control systems. Experience in Food & Beverage, Life Science, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Automotive. Hands-On experience in Rockwell / Allen-Bradley Systems. (Studio5000 Logix Designer, FactoryTalk View SE, ME). Hands-On experience on Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix , PLC 5, SLC) Hands On Experience in PLC and SCADA programming. Knowledge of third-party interfaces (Modbus, Profibus, OPC etc.) Knowledge of Function Block Diagram, Ladder Logic etc. Exposure to PlantPAx Flexible approach to work & good Interpersonal Skills . Knowledge of the Project Life Cycle & Closure activities. Exposure to Batch programming, Recipe design ,Advanced Process Control would be an added advantage. Experience in Ignition SCADA will be an added advantage . Responsibilities Development of PLC Code / HMI & SCADA graphics and must have a prior experience on project. Execute & deliver the assigned projects on time with good quality and customer satisfaction. Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation. Should be able to individually handle small & midsize industrial automation projects. Support Team Leader / Lead Engineer on technical issues. Work closely with Team Leader / Lead Engineer to guarantee customer acceptance. Ensure project implementation follows the engineering delivery standard. Travel (national/international) depending on Project assignments for commissioning and implementation. Should have sufficient technical knowledge to guide the junior resource in team.
