Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, design team, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution. Attend and manage regular team meetings, ensuring action points are documented and followed up. 2. Documentation & Billing: Prepare and submit billing-related documents, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Maintain proper documentation for project-related submissions, approvals, and controls. 3. Technical Oversight: Ensure that facade designs meet project specifications, safety standards, and aesthetic requirements. Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress, quality assurance, and adherence to project timelines. 4. Material & System Knowledge: Leverage in-depth knowledge of aluminum facade systems, glazing, and related materials to recommend the best solutions. 5. Project Management: Independently handle projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are achieved within budget and timeline constraints. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays. Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE), preferably in Civil, Mechanical, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in glazing facade projects. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, project documentation, and submission protocols. Project Handling: Proven ability to manage projects independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders.
