Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer / Sr. Project Engineer - CAE with 0 to 4 years of experience, passionate about Finite Element Analysis. The successful candidate must possess strong skills in FEA (Finite Element Analysis) using ANSYS. This role is crucial for supporting our engineering design and development processes by performing structural, thermal, and sometimes modal or explicit dynamic analyses on various components and systems. Your responsibilities will include building detailed FEA models from CAD geometries, applying appropriate material properties, boundary conditions, and loads. You will conduct simulations to predict stress distribution, deformation, temperature profiles, and vibrational characteristics under various operating conditions. A key aspect of this role is the ability to thoroughly analyze simulation results, interpret complex data, and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations for design optimization. You will work closely with design engineers to iterate on designs, identify potential failure points, and propose solutions to enhance product performance, durability, and reliability. This position demands a strong understanding of engineering mechanics, material science, and numerical methods. Experience with meshing techniques and post-processing tools within ANSYS is essential. You will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive technical reports and presenting your findings to project teams.
