Position - Project Engineer / Sr. Project Engineer - Design ( Casting domain experience using Creo skills ) We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer / Sr. Project Engineer - Design with 1 to 4 years of experience in Mechanical Design, with a specific focus on the casting domain using Creo software. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed and manufacturable designs for cast components and assemblies. This involves transforming conceptual designs into precise 3D models, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and optimizing for casting processes. A core responsibility will be the meticulous creation of Casting Assembly and Drafting documentation, including detailed 2D drawings with appropriate GD&T, material specifications, and manufacturing notes. You will work closely with foundries and manufacturing teams to ensure that designs are optimized for casting processes, minimizing defects and reducing production costs. Experience with illustration is a valuable asset, as it will enhance your ability to visually communicate complex design concepts, assembly instructions, and technical specifications to various stakeholders, including manufacturing, quality, and suppliers. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively will be crucial in bringing innovative cast component designs to fruition.
