Safety Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to local, state, and national safety regulations during store setup and operations. Conduct site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Develop and implement safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dark store operations. Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure safety compliance in construction and fit-out activities. Maintain documentation of safety incidents and corrective actions. 2. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality checks during the infrastructure setup process to ensure adherence to company standards. Monitor and evaluate vendor and contractor performance to ensure alignment with agreed quality standards. Conduct periodic quality audits and report deviations for timely corrective actions. Develop checklists and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks in store launches. 3. Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential risks related to safety, operational workflows, and facility compliance. Proactively work with stakeholders to implement risk mitigation measures. Provide training to teams on emergency preparedness and safety best practices. 4. Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with project managers, operations teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of store launches. Prepare and present reports on safety and quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Track project milestones to ensure safety and quality measures are integrated throughout the launch timeline. Candidate requirements Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role in the field of Grocery Business with the experience of 2-6 years. (Technical Graduate). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (MYMCS) is an added advantage. Strong attention to details and technicalities.
