Role & responsibilities Project Head Cosmetic OTC Location: Mumbai, India Reporting To: Business Head Experience Required: 6+ years in cosmetic/OTC product development and project management Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Head to lead the end-to-end execution of cosmetic OTC projects. The ideal candidate will bring strategic oversight, cross-functional leadership, and deep domain knowledge of product development, regulatory compliance, and go-to-market execution within the cosmetic OTC space. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage all phases of cosmetic OTC product development from concept to commercialization. * Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. * Liaise regularly with the Business Head to report progress, escalate challenges, and align with business priorities. * Monitor market trends and competitor launches to support innovation and positioning. * Drive process optimization and build SOPs to streamline project workflows. Key Requirements: * 6+ years of experience in the cosmetics or OTC (Over-the-Counter) product industry. * Proven track record of successful project leadership in product launches. * Strong understanding of regulatory, R&D, and manufacturing processes specific to cosmetic/OTC products. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. * Based in Mumbai.
