Strong Communicator To be an effective PM, concise communications is key within the project team itself and also reporting up to the R&D Director and across the other stakeholders within the project Good Planning Updated project planning documents including resource forecasting In charge of the robust project execution in line with the projects targets Ensures development processes are followed Reports progress and resources to project management Contributing to process development as required Customer Facing Represent the project at the customer level so will need to have customer experience previously Overall responsibility of the successful management of the project and reporting up into the R&D Director Supports R&D business development team for customer interface Detailed scheduling and budgeting Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones and a have a good understanding of the required resources needed to deliver project tasks Deliver projects on time, within scope and on budget Management of the contributors Daily management of project Assign tasks and work packages to project team members Aligns external deliveries to manageable integration tasks Professional Experience: Min 5 years experience preferably in automotive Min 5 years of relevant project management, methodologies and software experience Strong leadership skills / potential Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, enforcement assets and focus on results Fluent knowledge of English Ability to manage projects across multiple timezones / cross-cultural cooperation Automotive SPICE experience is an advantage
