Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial / industrial / residential buildings construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction, from initial planning through commissioning, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards. We have the same opening for 2 locations 1. Patna 2. Nagothane, Raigad, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end building construction projects. Coordinate with client, project management consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, cost control and reports. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, safety standards, and company policies. Facilitate regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders. Manage risk, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions. Oversee commissioning and handover processes to the client / operations team. Ensure alignment with IT, MEP, and security infrastructure requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Masters degree or PMP certification preferred. Minimum 1520 years of project management experience. Experience in Data Centre building construction will be added advantage. Strong knowledge of MEP systems. Proven ability to manage budgets, cost control, contracts, and schedules. Excellent Client correspondence (verbal & written). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore). Desirable: Experience working in data centre / commercial / industrial / residential projects. Familiarity with sustainability standards (LEED, ISO 50001, etc.). Male candidates preferred.
