Communicate with external parties to align project timelines and deliverables, enhancing cross-functional teamwork and resource availability on time at end site. Initiation, planning of Scale-up/ Optimisation /Exhibit and Validation batches for new and site transfer projects. Manage tech-transfer documents between internal and external organisation. Manage gap analysis, risk assessment before start of technology transfer activities for site readiness.
