Preferred Qualifications Good knowledge of ERP or enterprise applications such as SFA, CRM, or technologies such as RPA or BI etc is must Overall 8+ years of IT experience in delivering the solutions in various technologies 5+ years of experience in managing team and leadership of technical team of 10 or more people in dynamic, distributed, and fast-paced environments 4+ years of experience in full-life cycles from estimation to final delivery 3+ years of client management experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships (preferably at the executive level) Role : Primary function includes Technical Leadership, Client Management and Team Leadership Lead complex projects/programs from conceptual design to implement Manage project priorities and resource assignments to ensure adequate resources are available for successful projects Exceptional Client Stakeholder Management- The candidate will be the face of the Project for the client and should have excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills. Team Management- The candidate will be leading cross-functional teams consisting of Business Analysts, Technical leads, Developers, Scrum Masters and Quality Analysts. He/ She will have to liaison between the client and the team to ensure time bound transformation execution. Should have experience in managing Scope, Risk, schedule, and budgeting of the project Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively Hands on experience in application maintenance life cycle, Agile methodologies like Scrum, Project Status reporting
