Key Responsibilities Portfolio and Resource Management Work with individual delivery managers to oversee the organization s project portfolio to ensure effective prioritization, shared resource allocation, and risk management. Optimize resource utilization across projects to meet productivity and efficiency targets and, business demands. Governance and Standards Work with management and leadership to - define, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Establish project governance policies to ensure compliance and consistency. Create and maintain standards for project documentation, reporting, and performance metrics. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting Provide regular updates, dashboards, and presentations on project and portfolio performance. Address escalated issues, risks, and roadblocks to maintain project momentum and stakeholder satisfaction. Supporting Organization s Strategic Initiatives Participate in discussions, definitions and implementation efforts for the vision, mission, and goals of the PMO in alignment with organizational strategy. Drive a culture of project excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
