Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution by supporting the Lead PMO and project managers in resource allocation, schedule management, and overall project coordination. Responsibilities Resource and Schedule Management Collaborate with the Lead PMO to manage resource allocation across multiple projects effectively. Monitor project schedules, identify deviations, and suggest corrective actions. Work with team members to ensure resource availability and optimize utilization. Project Support and Coordination Assist project managers and team leads in defining and aligning project plans with organizational objectives. Support the Lead PMO in tracking and monitoring project progress against established milestones. Provide administrative and logistical support for project meetings, reviews, and documentation. Reporting and Documentation Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs. Ensure that project-related data is accurately recorded and accessible on platforms like SharePoint and other project management tools. Generate insightful reports to assist in decision-making and highlight potential risks or bottlenecks. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a communication bridge between project stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow. Address queries and provide updates to stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and contribute to their implementation. Support the Lead PMO in establishing standardized practices and methodologies across projects. Educational Qualification & Key skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Min 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably within HR consultancy or similar industries. Proficiency in tools like SharePoint and other project management platforms. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
