The primary purpose of the Project Planning, Monitoring & PMO Specialist is to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively within the organization. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities, ensuring that project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. The specialist will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to establish project plans, monitor progress, and implement project management best practices. Additionally, this role supports the Project Management Office (PMO) in standardizing project management processes, tools, and methodologies across the organization. Roles and Responsibilities Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and track performance against targets. Plan and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Manage procurement processes for renewable energy systems, including solar inverters, transformers, and other equipment. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues during project execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, define scope, and establish communication plans.
